Using high specialization achieved through the years, Arte Ortopedica can apply myoelectric or electronic control prostheses, for any kind of amputation or congenital defect of upper limbs.

Where muscles are active, hand, wrist and elbow control will be myoelectric; when a muscle has no motor activity, the control will be carried out with electronic widgets. At the moment, we can permit to patients the control of a myoelectric hand, of a wristle with an electric rotator and of an electromechanical elbow for flexo-extension of the forearm. The prosthesis is provided with interchangeable batteries and battery charger.
