We have been considered realization of prostheses a form of art, where passion, manual skill, accuracy, craftsmanship, inventiveness join together to create a unique artefact, that can perfectly adapt to physiology and needs of whoever would need them and, at the same time, that could satisfy our need to perfection.

Arte Ortopedica workshop was established during the 1980s by orthopaedic engineer Vasco Bertoncelli and it has acquired over the years an even higher degree of specialization, increasing its number of orthopaedic technicians and obtaining various aknowledgements.

Since year 2000 the firm has known a progressive evolutions, that has led to the opening in 2005 of the new orthopaedic centre specialized in production, mending and research development of upper and lower limb’s prostheses.

Our mission is the personalization and constant improvement in orthopaedic applications to patients’ physiology and functional lifestyle, in order to better quality of life and correct use of prosthesis. In any kind of operation, staff will have attention upon patients and their needs through cognitive talks, in order to recommend and to offer prostheses that would give back autonomy and serenity to them and their families.
